Skilled batonga women from Zambia's Southern Plateau region crafted iconic baskets from locally harvested palm leaves and wild twigs. They artfully elevate single-use plastic bags that would otherwise be discarded to add colorful assorted graphic motifs to their baskets.
Please note that, due to the handmade nature no two of these distinctive baskets will ever be exactly the same and there may be slight variations in size and design.
Ethically made, handwoven in Zambia.
